Quality Guarantee

Unlike most products sold online, we sell our fresh and frozen Ready to Heat Meals that have been carefully prepared and packed. We are confident you will enjoy our meals, and do hope that you will. However should the quality of our food seriously disappoint our customers, we are happy to have the product returned for a credit / refund.

Acceptable quality

This means our goods:

  • Do what they are made to do.
  • Are acceptable in appearance and finish.
  • Are free from minor defects.
  • Are safe and durable

Our Quality Assurance Manager will assist with any queries concerning food quality or packaging of the meals.

Food Safety

As a supplier of fresh prepared salads to NZ Supermarkets, our premises and staff are subject to stringent food safety audits by NZFSA and SGS. Our foods and meals are microbiologically tested for safety and quality checked continuosly.

Returns Policy

Food products that are returned are not able to be re-sold (due to storage temperature risks), returned meals must be discarded following return.

Meals cannot be returned unless they are unopened, any open meal trays / packets cannot be accepted. Please notify us within 48hrs of delivery if you are unhappy with your delivery or meals

We do our best to prevent issues, however, should we deliver your order either incorrect / damaged or miss picked, please contact our office to make alternate arrangements.

We will gladly refund or provide a store credit for any damaged meals or deliveries.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
