Minimum Order

• Minimum order is 3 meals, standard delivery charges will be applied.
• Save money by ordering in bulk as freight charges remain the same.

Heating our Meals

Heating Our Meals

• Store Meals in your Freezer until required.
• Each Meal is labelled with details about the meal ingredients contained within.
• All meals are fully cooked and only need heating.
• (Heating Times may vary dependent on your oven)

Microwave Heating
Frozen Meals: approx. 5-7min on High
Thawed Meals: approx. 2-3min on High
Leave to stand with lid on for at least 1min after heating, then remove lid and enjoy!

Oven Heating (from frozen)
Conventional Oven 110 deg C for 40-50 min
Fan Oven 110 deg C for 35-40 min
Leave to stand with lid on for at least 1 min after heating, then remove lid and enjoy!

Please Note!
If you have thawed the meal, then heat the meal using half oven heating times.

Returns Policy
We do our best to prevent issues, however, should we deliver your order either incorrect / damaged or miss picked, please contact our office to make alternate arrangements.
Please notify us within 48hrs of delivery if you are unhappy with your meals or delivery. Meals cannot be returned unless they are unopened, any open meal trays / packets cannot be accepted.
We will gladly refund or provide a store credit for any damaged meals or deliveries.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Note: Food products that are returned for any reason are not re-sold (due to storage temperature risks), returned meals are discarded following return. HomeCater/Nutrifare – Food Safety and Quality Assurance Controls.

Quality Assurance
We operate a stringent Food Control Plan (CFP) with dedicated QA staff.
Our facility is purpose built for the preparation of high risk foods and as such we choose to be audited regularly to the highest standards.
We choose to use independent approved company as our auditors, and we also comply fully with MPI Food Control Plan, as well as fully approved HACCP plan.
Our products are regularly microbiologically tested by an approved NZ Laboratory Service.

Quality control - HomeCater frozen meals are regularly tested with a Sensory Evaluation. Ensuring that you receive a nutritious meal that is packed with flavour and is a delight to eat!
